Teacher experience is the most important determinant factor for learning outcomes at the school level. In many countries, teachers are not only in short supply, they are mostly isolated, poorly trained, and not supported to provide effective teaching and learning. Even where there are teachers, many are poorly trained or unqualified and often lack pedagogical and subject knowledge.
Our innovation functions by leveraging both Offline and Online medium and platforms to provide Continuous Professional Development (CPD) tailored towards 21st century skills and fluencies acquisition for teachers.
A. Offline; we organize:

Bootcamps (Learning Camps)
for teachers to acquire skill sets, fluencies, competencies and Certifications in;

2. 21st Century fluencies
3. 21st century skillsets
4. How to use EdTech tools
5. Innovative Learning Approaches
We do this by partnering with schools and Government agencies and also on weekends.
B. Online, the training, workshops/seminar and bootcamps are converted to:
1. Ebooks
2. Online Courses
3. Blogs
4. Podcasts
5. Videos (YouTube)
that teachers and educators can have access to at their own convenient time to engage in continuous professional and personal developments.
Since inception in June, 2019 we have trained over 590 teachers offline across 5 geopolitical zones in Nigeria spanning 7 states on innovative pedagogical approaches and have also trained over 150 teachers online on Digital literacy and online teaching and learning best practices since the advent of COVID-19.
We have also partnered with two (2) other organizations to conduct DIGITAL CITIZENSHIP and ONLINE SAFETY training in 30 schools reaching over 2500 students, over 200 teachers and over 100 parents.
Our goals for the next 2 - 3 years are:
1. Creation of more courses / learning modules so that users can have a wide range of learning content to choose from.
2. Translating our courses from English Language to French so that we can reach a broader spectrum of users outside Nigeria
