Teachers should spend their time teaching, not formatting worksheets. The biggest barrier to differentiated instruction is time - a teacher with mixed-level classes knows they need different materials for different groups, but creating three versions of the same worksheet takes an entire evening. TeacherForge removes that barrier. When material creation takes one minute instead of one hour, teachers can finally prepare level-appropriate content for every student. About the innovation

Why did you create this innovation?

I’m an experienced teacher and saw how much time teachers waste on material creation. Finding a grammar worksheet at the right CEFR level, with the right exercise types, on the right topic - it rarely exists. Teachers end up spending evenings reformatting textbook exercises or writing their own from scratch. I built TeacherForge so teachers can describe what they need and get a complete, print-ready worksheet in under a minute. The time saved goes back to what matters: actually teaching.

What does your innovation look like in practice?

A teacher opens TeacherForge and picks a product: grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, or a full exam combining multiple skills. They select the CEFR level, choose topics and exercise types through a guided wizard, then click generate. AI produces the complete material as structured content - not free-form text. The output is rendered as a professional PDF and editable DOCX, with a separate answer key. For exams, teachers can combine grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing and listening into one paper with automatic mark totals. Everything is ready to print and hand out in class.

How has it been spreading?

TeacherForge launched in 2026 and is growing organically through teacher word-of-mouth and our blog covering practical EFL/ESL teaching topics.
