SoFIA - School of the Future International Academy answer the question “how to achieve that change” through the SoFIA™ certified and award-winning Education and Administration Model and its Framework.

How does your innovation work in practice?

One of the major benefits of experiencing the School Self-Assessment (S.S.A.) is the feedback each school receives followed by constructive and targeted comments and suggestions in the spirit of continuous improvement and sustainability.

SoFIA's team is comprised of assessors who are experienced managers in the education sector, aiming to provide the school's management with credible findings and suggestions to optimize improvement. After the SSA, a school's management team can proceed with an in-depth 2day assessment; a collaborative workshop with the school management, teachers, and staff from supporting departments to help achieve optimal results in terms of credibility of the feedback report.

Through a short questionnaire a school can easily self-assess criteria such as Leadership and Values, change management, Curriculum, Additional Activities, Innovations in Education, Achievements, Assessment tools, Students skills and competences, ICT infrastructure, and more...
