What does your innovation look like in practice?

OBE is a framework of domains of curriculum aligned with educational goals, skills & milestones for each stage.
Pedagogy is participatory & aligned with assessment; mapped to CLOs & SLOs of each grade
Empower teachers to measure K & S of each learner as well as collective impact of pedagogy to attain desired outcomes
Implementation is dynamic-progressive involving teacher evaluation, parent-peer review, self reflection

How has it been spreading?

Currently confined to all learners & stakeholders of Olive International School. Academic Board of school has documented a guidebook to direct the Senior Leadership Team led by Principal. SLT guides, mentors & empowers teachers to make them clear on what has to be accomplished with their students (SLO), appropriate indicators/criteria, defined for judging student work and appropriate assessment methods chosen to evaluate their performance. Teachers are continuously observed to improve. The purpose of this strategy is to continuously review the Key Performance Areas of students in the school and to assess and improve their performance. The school intends to evaluate the effectiveness of its strategies on the basis of Student Learning Outcomes covering all domains of education.
