About the innovation

Why did you create this innovation?

Change management and learning programs are ineffective: only 12-20% of people apply the learning to their work, according to research. There is a lack of alignment and dialogue between the management and the employees about goals, culture, processes.

What does your innovation look like in practice?

We help corporations to ensure the success of change management programs by coaching their employees and supporting them in behavior change. We make business coaching 100 times cheaper with the use of chatbot and NLP technologies. We integrate into Teams and Slack so the employees don't need to install any new apps but instead interact with the bot directly in their workspace. We collect anonymized coaching conversations and deliver reports to the management on the biggest challenges and systemic bottlenecks.

Feedback from our previous clients has confirmed the need for such a solution. We have conducted surveys with one of our pilot group before and after coaching and have seen significant results regarding mostly leadership and management skills, ability to set weekly goals ( for a complete overview, refer to our pitch deck).

We believe that AI is best used for recommendation, not content creation. GPT-3 can be used to vary the content and keep novelty.

How has it been spreading?

Companies we have worked with include some of the biggest companies worldwide (Universal Pictures, SAP, Kone). We have worked with 12 companies to date.
