What we do?
We coach employees via Slack/Teams to drive behavior and culture change in learning and change management initiatives while collecting qualitative data about the company’s culture & processes. We believe our solution can also be used in teacher training.
Why we do it?
Change management and learning programs are ineffective: only 12-20% of people apply the learning to their work, according to research. There is a lack of alignment and dialogue between the management and the employees about goals, culture, processes.
