I create this innovation to provide job satisfaction and help newcomers how to survive in work life.
What does your innovation look like in practice?
It will provide job satisfaction to job seeker and long term employment guarantee to employers. We are developing an app which is user friendly where both employee and employer can interact with us. We are using Ikigai method.
How has it been spreading?
We have just started and mentored 100+ job seekers within 2 months ang got collaboration request from 5+ corporate houses. Our goal for next 2-3 years is to reach out at least 1 million job seekers and 1000+ corporate and social impact organizations.
