Because I believe it is the best way to teach, in addition to valuing experienced people without a formal curriculum
Based on a chosen training theme, three types of audiences are defined:
1. Those who have explicit skills on the topic, that is, have already studied about it and hold some type of curricular certification. This audience is easily identified through the HR database of the company or entity in question and by requesting CVs from all other stakeholders.
2. Those who have tacit skills on the topic, that is, who practice and have experience with the subject, but who still have no formal training. This audience is identified by a form where this type of information is questioned.
3. Stakeholders declared on the topic are those who are unaware of the subject but wish to improve. This audience is also identified through a form that discloses the objectives and topics of the training.
In possession of the identification of these three audiences, and in order for us to adhere to the training, we invite the audiences of items 1 and 2 to participate as “monitors” of the training.
This method was adopted in a hotel chain by a trainer in 2015, after that I no longer followed its applications, since I do not wish to have any monetary gain with it, only the recognition of my authorship.
Just follow the rules and diagram on this page.
