Why did you create this innovation?

I think this is a two barrelled question – between the problem and solution are a few other innovation related processes and so we're jumping a bit too early to solutions or lumping two different things together. Is that OK?

How does your innovation work in practice?

I would split/rephrase here the questions... I'd avoid double/triple barreled questions...

How has it been spreading?

This assumes that the innovation is 1-2 years old minimum? Or rather, that the solution is 1-2 years old... do we take into consideration experimentation time?
