The goal was to replicate hands-on learning experiences typical to classrooms at students' homes using original science experiments.
My students used readily-available materials in the kitchen and washroom to conduct real-time science investigations and collected authentic data. They employed digital tools, such as ‘Logger Pro’ and ‘MS Excel’ to process their investigation results and communicated their findings in Google Drive. As opposed to conventional testing, this method enhanced the pedagogical reliability and validity.
