About the innovation

Dynamic world. Dynamic thinkers.

What we do?

Develop scenario planning capacity to ensure agility and adaptability in an increasingly complex and uncertain world.

Why we do it?

It's a fool's world to try and predict the future. It's uncertain. The better approach is to imagine multiple possible futures - scenarios - to try and manage the uncertainty.

We have a long history in the use of scenarios to improve strategic thinking, stretching back to our founding partner helping pave the way for South Africa's transition form apartheid to democracy, in the now famous, High Road/Low Road scenarios.
