Effective Teaching and Mentoring

A long term and on going teacher's education is very crucial in order to support and enrich the wellbeing of educators (including parents).

I believe the 4 most important stakeholders or 'game changers' in education are: parents, children (students), teachers and school leaders. If we wish to see long term improvement that's sustainable, we must include these 4 groups in the long term planning and human resource development. Their collaboration could determine their community's transformation and impact the rest of their nation.
