After decades of building and scaling schools and education models, Dreamtime’s founder, Lina Ashar, recognised that incremental improvements were not enough to close the gap between what education develops and what the world now demands.
Dreamtime Learning (DTL) was created to address this mismatch. By integrating neuroscience, behavioral science, and academics into a single model, we develop not only what learners know but also how they understand and direct their thinking, emotions, and actions.

DTL is a fully integrated learning model serving 3,000+ learners from pre-primary to secondary. Our curriculum aligns with Cambridge & Pearson standards and is enhanced through the Dreamtime Way, integrating neuroscience, behavioral science, and conscious learning into practice.
Learning happens through short, high-engagement sessions using our proprietary 4-part architecture—Hook, Absorb, Interact, Create—capturing curiosity & understanding, enabling collaboration & problem-solving, and culminating in creation. Teachers, called Cheerleaders, guide learners through these cycles within structured phases called Episodes, sustaining focus & momentum.
Academic learning is immersive and interdisciplinary while developing self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and habits of mind through an integrated model combining cognitive, behavioral, and social development. Learners engage in practices such as Genius Hour, project-based learning, reflection, and real-world problem-solving, building a growth mindset, adaptability, and the ability to direct their thinking, capabilities essential in a world shaped by distraction, anxiety, and growing polarisation. Academics are completed in 3–3.5 hours daily, creating time for extracurriculars, family and rest.
