The project and the free online microcourse were developed as part of an Erasmus+ program, with the aim to equip SME owners and managers with the necessary skills and strategies to create impactful online presences, reach new customers, and boost their business growth. At the same time, #bgv provides young professionals with hands-on experience, mentorship, and networking opportunities to enhance their digital marketing expertise and prepare them for successful careers in this dynamic field.
The main result consists of the free "Guide to Social Media Marketing Success" microcourse, designed to cater to all levels, from beginners to those with some existing knowledge. The curriculum starts with foundational concepts and progresses gradually towards more advanced topics. The course is available for everyone on the #bgv platform (https://businessgoesviral.eu/courses/en/) and has been translated in 4 languages (English, Italian, German and Croatian).
The course was tested during a pilot phase involving at least 30 Gen Z employees from the partners’ countries (Austria, Croatia, and Italy). Being the final phases of the project still in progress, we're currently monitoring the course spreading in companies outside the ones involve in the pilot phase
