About the innovation

Why did you create this innovation?

The problem: Many adults or even leaders fail on integrity issues; a culture that need to be inculcated at their youthful stage.
When young many spend more of their active time in schools(primary &secondary)
Therefore we developed colla-petitive strategies to improve on behaviour (virtues)and academics improvement in our schools.

What does your innovation look like in practice?

We train teachers, learners and parents in a school how to apply the strategies in all aspects. Learning, studying and assignments. It does not interfere with any lessons and it can be applied in any curriculum.
It develop self - drive , self efficacy, critical thinking, self of responsibility, integrity among all learners. Technology may be used for those endowed, but we target the disadvantaged learners in the community.

How has it been spreading?

Learners in schools we have implemented have improved in academics and discipline. We the next 5 years we would wish to reach all public schools in the country

If I want to try it, what should I do?

Since our program is free we just need facilitation fee to implement the program in the institutions of interest.
