LEAD Academy

The job simulation platform that builds career-ready talent.

Most learners finish courses with no way to prove they can do the job, so employers screen on credentials, not ability. LEAD Academy closes that gap: learners train in real-world job simulations with AI teammates that improvise rather than follow a script, then earn a verified competency score employers trust. Education that ends in a job, not just a certificate.

We want hiring, everywhere, to be based on what someone can actually do, not the name of their school, their family's connections, or which language they think in. Right now, in Bangladesh and across a lot of the world, a good degree from the right institution still counts for more than proven skill, and that keeps opportunity concentrated among people who already had access. If a job simulation can generate real, checkable evidence of competence, that evidence should count for as much as a transcript, wherever the learner is from. That is the change we want: education systems and employers treating demonstrated ability as a legitimate credential in its own right, not a nice-to-have next to a degree. Practically, we hope that in five years a first-generation university graduate with no family network and a strong LEAD Academy competency score gets a fair look from an employer who has never met them, purely because the evidence says they can do the job. That is a narrower, more honest kind of change than transforming education. It is one hiring decision at a time, made on proof instead of pedigree, until enough of them add up that the default assumption shifts.

About the innovation

Why did you create this innovation?

We built LEAD Academy because we kept meeting graduates who had done everything right, finished a degree, collected certificates, and still couldn't get hired, because none of it proved they could actually do the work. Employers told us the same thing from the other side: interviews and transcripts don't show who can perform on day one, so they screen on pedigree instead of ability, and get it wrong often enough that it costs them. We saw a gap between learning and proving, and decided the fix wasn't another course. It was a place where someone could practice the real job, not just study it, and walk away with evidence an employer would trust. That is the problem LEAD Academy exists to solve.

What does your innovation look like in practice?

In practice, a learner logs into LEAD Academy and steps into a simulated workplace: a real scenario from their field, working alongside an AI teammate that improvises rather than reading from a script, the way a real colleague would. As they work through it, the platform scores their performance against named competencies and builds an evidence trail, not just a certificate saying they attended, but a record of what they actually did. Learners also get guidance on what to work on next and where they are a strong fit. Employers, in turn, can review a candidate's competency score and evidence trail before ever scheduling an interview. The platform currently supports career development, STEM, and language learning tracks, and runs on our own technology combining structured job simulations with AI-driven scenario generation. We have over 75,000 registered learners and more than 60 enterprise and institutional partnerships, which is the clearest evidence that people find it worth coming back to.

How has it been spreading?

Over the last year, LEAD Academy grew from a course platform into a company with real, paying demand: we are now at 477,000 dollars in annual recurring revenue, growing roughly 5 percent month over month, and profitable on our own revenue with no outside funding. Growth came from word of mouth among learners and directly from employers who wanted screened, job ready hires badly enough to partner with us, and we now work with more than 60 enterprise and institutional partners. Our next step is launching a dedicated AI job simulation product in October 2026, extending the same model further into employer side hiring and screening. Over the next two to three years, our goal is to take this beyond Bangladesh into Southeast Asia and the wider South Asian and Gulf labor corridor, where the same mismatch between education and employability exists at a larger scale.

If I want to try it, what should I do?

Implementation steps

Create a free account
Go to https://app.jobsim.works and sign up with an email address. Choose the language you want to work in, then confirm your account through the verification email.
Select Individual and then pick track and a simulation
Browse job simulations and courses by track, career development, STEM, or language learning, and choose the scenario closest to the job you are aiming for.
Work the simulation with your AI teammate
Enter the scenario and work through it alongside an AI teammate that responds and improvises like a real colleague rather than following a fixed script. Complete the tasks it gives you.
Review your competency score and evidence trail
After finishing, see your performance broken down against specific competencies, plus a record of what you actually did, not just a certificate saying you showed up.
Use your score in your job search
Add your LEAD Academy readiness score and evidence trail to job applications, or make your profile visible so partner employers can find and screen you directly.
