Who is Ravi Shankar?
Ravi Shankar is the CEO of Accelerated, an award-winning Ed-Tech startup that enables any school to offer personalized coaching to teachers of all levels. He is currently working towards the launch of the Accelerated Institute with a focus on solving broader skill development and job creation issues.
For the past 15 years, Ravi has worked with organizations ranging from UBS Investment Bank to the World Intellectual Property Organization. He has lived and worked in over 7 countries in Asia, Europe, and East Africa and has advised bilateral organizations, government agencies. high-growth social enterprises and tech startups.
For this Facebook live, he was joined by his colleague, Natnael Assegid.
Natnael Assegid has been working at Accelerated Learning for almost three years. Accelerated Learning uses personalized teacher coaching to help schools increase the quality of education by providing a scalable, management and teacher coaching program that has helped over 1200 teachers and impacted over 20000 students in 3 major cities of Ethiopia.
For the past 4 years, Natnaeil has also been working with volunteer organizations and local schools, which drives his work to understand and solve problems with Accelerated.
