International education professional. ESL teacher

I'm a qualified International Education professional, ESL teacher  SDGs Ambassador, Nat Geo certified teacher with a background in literature ,languages and education. Being multilingual and having lived in different parts of the world ,adaptability and empathy are a core of my being. . My philosophy in life and teaching is based on the phrase from Maha Upanishad : 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam' (Sanskrit: वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम्) or 'The world is one big family' . This thought guides me everyday and connects so well with the learning and teaching of Sustainable development goals for myself and the future generation. I researched an action research project based on SDG 4: Quality Education ,working specially on 'Global citizenship education' in the context of our school and found GCED to being a core value in nurturing a peaceful, equitable and successful society . Having participated in the 'Goals project', 'Climate action project'and many more has also helped me and my students broaden our understanding about SDGs and sensitize them to issues plaguing our environment through global collaborations.
