I am Nigerian and the Vice-Principal of Princeton Model College, Owerri, Nigeria. I, also, teach English Language and Entrepreneurship Education. I am a passionate advocate for education and I create positive change through the length and breadth of the Nigerian education system leveraging on digital technology. Students and fellow teachers refer to me as "Teacher with uncommon passion for students".
I believe education is a means for one to reach its true potentials and become a global citizens.

I want to be part of this great community to learn, unlearn and relearn to add value to the education sector in the world.
This era is digital age and education has gone digital too. It can transform students to become global citizens by implementing projects and discussing global matters with other global citizens around the world. This is a collective responsibility of every stakeholder in the education space.

4. It assists stakeholders to become problem solvers to communities' issues.
I am attracted to the following innovations:
1. Making the SDGs through Makerspace: To create an SDGs driven educational makerspaces, through an “Adopt a School Initiative”, in the Osogbo, Osun State Nigeria for young people, where they will be working towards the 17 targets outlined in the SDGs by creating local solutions to addressing the immediate needs of their environment. To adopt four schools, initially, within the Osogbo, Osun State as the pilot schools.
2. Positive Education: Geelong Grammar School has pioneered a school-wide approach to student and staff wellbeing known as Positive Education. Based on the science of Positive Psychology, Positive Education aims to enable individuals and communities to flourish. GGS continues to share its journey and has assisted over 1000 schools throughout Australia and the world.
3. Educating Educators for the Future: The change from in-school to online and remote learning has been quick, drastic and unprecedented in the world of education. We have seen the educator community come together by sharing resources, expertise and tips to make this transition as simple and easy as possible. The following practices engage educators to learn, connect & adapt to the current and future needs of their students.
1. Teaching is a work of Heart Initiative: organises free lesson or classes on weekends and holidays to indigent children in underserved communities
2. Backward Design: Is a student-centred approach to teach with the aim of mkaing th students to achieve high academic achievements and skills.
3. Trust-based Relational Approach: This is designed to meet the complex need of vulnerable children to disarm fear-based behaviours. It is designed for children from places of abuse, neglect or trauma.
