Sir Mark Donald Bagsic is a Science and EPP-ICT teacher in Apelo Cruz Elementary
School, Schools Division of Pasay City. He is a graduate of Philippine Normal
University with the degree in Biology (BS Biology for Teachers) and Currently in
Centro Escolar University Graduate School, Masters of Science in Biology (C.A.R).
He is a Finalist for Gawad Kagalingan sa Pagtuturo 2020. He is also nationally
recognized as a Demonstration Teacher for Deped. He is awarded as Outstanding
Teacher of the Year 2022, and Innovative Teacher of the Year 2022.
Sir Mark is a content developer and content editor on Science contents being
affiliated with publishing institutions. He was a Quality Assurance Expert for
Science contents in Deped TV, and Currently a Director/Editor for Deped TV
Offline.
He is an Edtech Specialist holding various certifications and accreditations. He is
also know as a certified educator in the field of sciences and environmental
conservation most notably as a National Geographic Certified Educator.
Sir Mark is a Pioneer in Gamification, Gamebased Learning and E-sports in
Education.
His goal is to intensify 21st century skills to attain the Millennium Sustainable
Goals for Quality Education.
