Craig Vezina is the Founder of the global education non-profit Z-17 Collective (formerly Z-School) and co-founder of The Spaceship’s Masterclass in Social Entrepreneurship. Craig has over 20 years of experience working in international schools, most recently serving as Dean of Students at the American School of Paris. At its core, Z-17 mission is to help aspiring change makers develop the mindsets and skillsets of social entrepreneurship through its various programs. Inspired by SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), since its founding Z-17 has partnered with leading schools, impact events and social impact organizations around the world, including Art for Good initiatives such as 200 Women (Art for Good) and train-the-trainer life skills programs with Hoops for Hope+NBA Africa (Sports4Good). As a leading voice in the important role of education towards the SDGs, Craig architected a Future of Learning series with BigThink and has presented at a wide array of global education, sustainability and impact events, including the Global Solutions Forum, UN's Festival of Action, SXSW Edu, ChangeNow Summit and many more. Craig is also a member of the global advisory board for the award-winning global education non-profit Education for Sharing (E4S), serves on OECED’s Education&Skills 2030 Global Forum and UNESCO’s Futures of Education initiative.
