Why do you want to be a part of the HundrED Community?

I certainly feel the world needs kindness, and what better a world can be without a Guru, being a part of the change and a teacher mentor, if i can make any change in a few lives nothing satisfies me more. i strongly feel HundrED community is doing a fantastic movement via the education change and i want to contribute in my part of the change.

How can education support students to flourish?

Letting them express, share, fail and grow again. learning and experiencing itself shall do it all.

What role does innovation play in education change?

Every single thing in education is lined and shaped via innovation. according to me teaching to the whole child as a part of innovation and ideas can bring in a lot of change.

Three HundrED innovations you love. (and Why?)

very tough to select just three but the best of all i love are :

1. Children on the Edge - Standing in the gap for Rohingya children

Because, They supported local people in the makeshift Kutupalong camp to develop an innovative model to provide education for their children, through a low-profile approach. The solution took the form of 45 small classrooms, dispersed throughout the camp, with basic learning materials. with Basics like this it is really tough to grow the innovation and pursue the dream.

2. Project DEFY: Design Education for Yourself

Because, Teaching with simple techniques via collaborative learning and economical strategies. the entire idea of leading the educational change with the minimum they have is a huge thing in our country and they have proved that education needs no classrooms always its the idea of learning with zest and zeal.

3. Betty for schools provides free PSHE Association accredited resources that teachers can use to educate their pupils aged 8-12 about periods.

Because, they have worked with young people and education experts to develop curriculum-linked lessons for 8-12 year olds that encourage open, respectful and honest conversations about periods and the way they affect girls. which is still considered to be one of the biggest tabboo in our generation. educating about the natural phenomena is absolutely need of the hour,
