Shwetal works as the Head of Global Partnerships and Outreach at Erase All Kittens, an award-winning start-up creating a platform adventure game that inspires girls to code and teaches them professional languages.
Shwetal Shah graduated with a Masters of Science in International Marketing at the University of Strathclyde in Scotland. With a strong focus on client facing roles at previous organizations in the Telecoms, Hospitality, Retail and Financial Services Industry and a few fortune 500 companies, she developed a core understanding of the business nuances in different sectors and undertook product development specific market research in the open source software tools community.
She now works as the Head of Outreach at Erase All Kittens, an award-winning startup company creating a game that inspires girls to code whilst teaching them real-world languages. Her responsibilities include creating partnerships with global organisations and finding opportunities within the public sector and Government departments to support E.A.K. in empowering more girls with digital skills.
Whilst acquiring her MSc, volunteered with the Scottish Youth Parliament giving talks on Scottish Policies to young children and organized TEDx at university, after moving to London actively participated in and organized hackathons, Mozilla Science Fest and 3 Day Startup!
