Mr. Roneil Edu, a licensed professional teacher, completed his bachelor's degree (Elementary Education) at Northwestern University. He earned his Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Management in 2014 and finally obtained his Doctor of Education in 2018 at Philippine Christian University, Taft, Manila, Philippines.

He received some local and international awards, such as finalists in the "Gawad Sikhay Search for Outstanding Public Elementary School Teacher" - Las Pinas City Division, Runner Up - Achievement Award from the Center of Excellence UK, Global Education's Outstanding Teacher for Innovation in Teaching from Global Education Summit and Awards (GESA), Asia's Outstanding Teacher Award of the Year 2020-2021 conferred by Asia Awards presented by RULA Awards, Global Researcher, Outstanding Professional, and Outstanding Innovative Educator from Asia Pacific Association of Educators Training Institute (APAETI)

Roneil is a Microsoft Innovative Educator Master Trainer, Google Certified Educator, Minecraft Certified, Adobe Creative Educator, Wakelet Ambassador, Wakelet Certified, Quizizz Certified, Kahoot Ambassador, and Kahoot Certified Mentor and Coach. Roneil is actively involved in various teacher training, speaking engagements, and webinars in private and public schools, focusing on the appropriate utilization of technology in education.

His passion and dedication to the teaching profession have inspired him to write action research, modules, strategic intervention materials (SIM), and give lectures to fellow educators. He also became an International Demonstration Teacher at High Impact Teaching in the Digital Era: An International Online Training Program "DemoFest on Educational Innovations, Technology, and Classroom Management," as well as a National Demonstration Teacher at the National Seminar on Understanding and Utilizing Media in Teaching (UUMT): An Integration of Media Literacy in the K–12 Curriculum.

At present, he's a classroom teacher, science coordinator, action research coordinator, and School-Based Management (SBM) Coordinator at Pulanlupa Elementary School.
