Buenos Aires, Argentina
I have more than 10 years of experience designing learning startups and leading research processes on skills, future work and digital gaps in the social, public, private and academic sectors.
I accompany and accelerate transformation in organizations around the world by accompanying governments, private organizations, civil society, and international organizations making change happen through the transformation of people. I work with a systemic, appreciative, and human-centered approach.
I am a university professor at the University of San Andres and the Academic Director of the Digital Talent postgraduate program at the Catholic University of Argentina.
I was Director of Capacity Building for Innovation in the Cabinet of Ministers, Director of Learning in the Ministry of Social Development, and international consultant at BMC Innovation Company.
The organization Junior Chamber International (JCI) recognized me as one of the 10 outstanding young people in Argentina in the Moral Leadership category.
I graduated in Public and Institutional Relations and Mg. (in progress) in Political Communication. I have completed specializations at the Chinese Academy of Government and EFL University, Hyderabad, India. I am a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), among others.
Passionate about learning and collaborative work, I dream of a world where we can all connect with our love of learning so that, through skill development, we can “unleash” our gifts to build a more just, equitable, and sustainable world.
