Piet Grymonprez is co-founder and managing director of the MyMachine Global Foundation, which he co-founded together with Filip Meuris and Jan Despiegelaere. 

With its unique and multi-award winning methodology, MyMachine enables young people to drive their own future, to become the self-motivated, problem solving, creative, self-employed or team workers that companies, organisations and the word at large are looking for.

Piet and his co-founders received multiple awards around the globe, the latest being (what in the USA is being referred to as the Oscars of education) the Reimagine Education Presence Learning Gold Winner Award in Philadelphia (2018) and the HundrED 2020 Innovator (2020). Recently Forbes ran an article on the impact of MyMachine in the global education space.

Before focussing on education, Piet was director research affairs at Howest University of Applied Sciences, partnering with organisations worldwide both companies like Apple, Intel, Adobe, Microsoft, Barco, Arkema as well as SME's, start-ups and social profit organisations.
