Why do you want to be a part of the HundrED Community?

I see this opportunity as a way to contribute to education innovation. I feel my skills and experience are particularly well-suited to this position because I have worked in the education system for some years and get to understand the undermining challenge that needs intervention. I am excited about this position because it is an opportunity to make difference in education through innovations

How can education support students to flourish?

For the students to flourish through the education provided, the teachers must be willing to develop themselves in new ways, the way based on researches conducted and with the real needs of the community. Also, for the students to flourish we must invest in teachers. They are a critical and pivotal force in providing an environment where students can feel safe, happy, healthy and therefore learn

What role does innovation play in education change?

Like any other industries, innovation is very important in education because it encourages teachers and students to explore, research, and use all the tools to uncover something new that is much better for education development. Innovation improves education because it compels students to use a higher level of thinking to solve problems
