I believe that co-creating a more fair, just, and equitable world is not merely a worthwhile dream but our moral responsibility, given the scientific and technological strides we've made. To this end, I'm passionate about building capacity in individuals, teams, and organizations towards sustainable and positive impact. I have more than five years of deep experience in teaching, training, coaching, and mentoring, and have developed and implemented multiple interventions to improve life and learning outcomes. I'm a scientist by training and double majored in Molecular and Cell Biology, and Media Studies, at UC Berkeley. I worked with Teach For India for four years, first as a Fellow in an underserved Pune community, and then as a Program Manager with the Bangalore founding team. I currently head program at a startup accelerator called The CoWrks Foundry and remain passionate about teaching, learning, and innovation.
