With my team and co-founders of Ideas Gym not only changed the Shape of Education in Egypt but also on the regional and international dimension. Starting by providing Science and Technology coaching and serving more than 10 thousand students in the last 5 years and establishing the Egyptian Science Olympiad program in a tough environment and under economic and political challenges which ended up leading Egyptian students to won medals in the international Science and Robotics Olympiads. I have more than 12 years of experience in serving disadvantaged groups in education and inspiring girls and women. I am a co-founder of women in Engineering affinity group in Egypt, an annual speaker in Digi-Girlz day by Microsoft Egypt, a speaker in She Made IT Alexandria 2018 and other women in technology events. On February 2018 I won “ICT for Woman” first place award for co-founding Ideas Gym e-learning platform and for Ideas Gym achievements, the award was presented by the Ministry of Communication in cooperation with UNDP and Telecom Egypt. I am currently the Technology Capacity Building Manager in Ideas Gym and managing four Ideas Gym innovation labs in cooperation with Universities and Tech-Parks in Egypt. I was nominated to Tony Elemelu grant for entrepreneurship in Africa in 2018. I hold a BSc and MSc in Electronics and Communications from Alexandria University and currently finishing my MA in Education Technology at the University of Tartu, Estonia with focus on the role of tinkering and making in education technology. With my contribution to Ideas Gym new learning platform, Ideas Gym got selected to join Xedu accelerator in Finland Autumn 2018 and selected by UN Innovation Lab in Finland as a solution for emerging markets. Ideas Gym got accepted by Start-up Estonia by the start of 2019 and currently, I am building with my team a new e-learning environment based on constructionism. Ideas Gym is opened since 2011 as a part of Al.Searag for content and Innovation Services. An Egyptian start-up that I co-founded in 2011. In 2018 I started the elearning platform. The platform promotes coding and robotics using new education methods. I am Reimagine Education Judge 2019 and HunderEd Ambassador for Egypt.
