Gregg Behr

Gregg is the founder and co-chair of Remake Learning. In his 15th year as executive director of The Grable Foundation, Gregg manages a grantmaking portfolio advancing high-quality early childhood education, improved teaching and learning in public schools, and robust out-of-school-time support. In the U.S., Gregg is a former board chair for both Grantmakers for Education and Grantmakers for Effective Organizations. In 2016, President Obama recognized Gregg as a Champion of Change; in 2015, he was recognized as one of America’s Top 30 Technologists, Transformers, and Trailblazers by the Center for Digital Education; and in 2014, Gregg accepted the Tribeca Disruptive Innovation Award on behalf of Pittsburgh’s efforts to reimagine education. He holds honorary doctorates from both Carlow University and Saint Vincent College.
