Passionate about educational research, leadership training, and collaborative networking.

Hello there,

My name is Godfrey Wambani. I am an educator from Kenya although I have previously worked in the capacities of a project manager, educational research, and writing. I am an Education (Arts) graduate from Kenyatta University class of 2021.

As a young educator, I firmly believe in the transformative power of education, especially when it's intended to train and equip future leaders with the skillsets required to solve the 21st-century problems; global warming, rampant corruption and massive violation of human rights.

Why do you want to be a part of the HundrED Community?

HundrED exists to promote education that helps learners to thrive in their respective spheres of life. I believe that the world needs a new breed of leaders that are equipped to deal with the challenges of the 21st century. As an educationist, I have developed and continue to develop training programs that equip my learners with functional and practical leadership skills.

How can education support students to flourish?

Education promotes critical thinking and helps learners to develop problem-solving skills. It's from their ability to solve these problems that learners become functional and dependable members of society. However, relevant education is the agent that facilitates the transformation of learners from ordinary people to thriving members of their respective communities.

What role does innovation play in education change?

Innovation inspires learners and educational stakeholders to engage in higher-level critical thinking in order to solve persistent problems. Usually, there will be a paradigm shift that inspires new patterns of approaching, dissecting, and solving an issue.

Three HundrED innovations you love. (and Why?)

The following are among the most outstanding HundrED innovations: 1. Teachers for a changing world - The Covid-19 pandemic brought to the fore the harsh realities that compel us as teachers to adapt to the needs of a changing world. 2. Holistic education in South-East Asia - I love the fact that the project emphasizes education as a lifelong process. 3. Parental engagement

Three innovations you would love for HundrED to know about. (and Why?)

1. The Lead Today Training Program (John C Maxwell) - John Maxwell is one of the most accomplished and celebrated leaders in the world. 2. The Leaders for the 21st Century Problems - We can no longer ignore issues such as global warming, corruption, and human rights violation.
