.

I am originally from Valparaiso, where I studied Agronomy at the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaiso. Before finishing my studies, in 2011, I started working at Fundación Ciencia Joven, an institution whose mission is to transform science education and train young leaders in STEM that will positively impact society in Latin America. There I have dedicated myself to designing and directing science education programs for students and teachers, such as science camps, workshops in schools and awards. Parallel to this, I did a Master in Natural Resources at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, having as a kind of study the Chilean palm, participating in various conferences and making publications. I currently live in Santiago, and in parallel to my work in Young Science, I am passionate about Environmental Education, having developed activities and courses for students, as well as training programs for teachers and environmental monitors.
