Research, policy development and project management in ICT and digital technologies in Education, digital governance, Ethics and Internet-related policies. Currently at Ceibal Foundation (Uruguay).

Currently working as the Projects and Research Coordinator of the Center for Research Ceibal Foundation (Uruguay). My areas of expertise include ICT and digital technologies in Education, ICT governance and Internet-related policies, where I have worked for the past seven years in different capacities and organizations. Before joining the Foundation, I had the opportunity to work at the Directorate General Connect of the European Commission (Brussels, Belgium) within the Principal Adviser Office and the unit in ICT innovation. Previously, I worked as a Specialist in EU policies at the Europe Direct Center of Forl√¨ (Italy) in the area of Education and EU policies. 

I have also been involved with different organizations related to the Internet ecosystem; as an Internet Society Ambassador to the Internet Governance Forum (United Nations) in 2016 and 2017, a Mentor for Internet Society's ISOC/YCIG Mentorship Program, a founding member of the Youth IGF Uruguay and a representative of the National Committee for the Internet Governance Forum in Uruguay in 2018. Other collaborations include the task force for the Future of Work and Digital Education at the T20 (G20) in particular during the Argentina and Japanese Presidency.
