Experiment with mindfulness yourself

If it’s your first time trying mindfulness try and take a few weeks to experiment yourself – start your own regular practice if you can (listen to a meditation everyday)

Teachers taking part in a 5 week Smiling Mind program reported they personally experienced improved sleep, wellbeing, ability to manage, describe and accept emotions, tension and mindfulness.
