Why do you want to be a part of the HundrED Community?
Change in education is not happening at a systemic level. Disruption actually happens at the level of individual initiatives by teachers or groups of teachers, leaders, parents, or event students. Being part of the HundrED Community means to be able to observe these changes from a priviliedged standpoint. It is the best starting point to see what is change in education and a strong network to carry the news. How can education support students to flourish?
Diversity is the most important factor impacting education at the 21st-Century. Education is still universal, but its universality has to acknowledge numerous differences in the profiles of the students, in their family and socio-economical contexts, as well as in their learning needs. Education can support students to flourish if education proves capable of leading profoundly different individual to study and succeed together. What role does innovation play in education change?
Innovation is key to bridge the gap from the education context to the real world. The acceleration of change, which is the signature of the 21st Century, calls for an education that can successfully adapt to the ever-faster changes of the context. Innovation is the driver of this adaptation, especially is innovation proves purposeful, fair, sustainable and quick.Three HundrED innovations you love. (and Why?)
