Romana works as a Program Manager at the Jacobs Foundation. She manages programs strengthening evidence use in schools and EdTech globally. She coordinates the engagement with school networks to improve evidence generation and uptake as well as learning across partner organizations. Prior to joining the foundation, Romana worked at Education First and United Nations. She completed the CEMS Master in International Management and also holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Development.
