Since 2007, we've been convinced technology could address a number of systemic challenges across teaching and learning. We’ve been relentless in the pursuit of finding ways technology can both enhance and transform the teaching and learning process, through our program, Education Perfect. We have now grown to a team of 180 staff with 40+ former teachers deeply committed to our mission.
Education Perfect is a cloud-based online learning platform, combining a full bank of curriculum-aligned resources with tools for differentiation, marking, feedback and reporting. We have a team of learning designers and teachers who we employ to design best-in-class lessons and assessments.
Students complete lessons and assessments on the EP platform, and are given automated feedback and AI-driven learning pathways that adapt to their individual needs. EP saves teachers time by automating or streamlining flows for lesson planning, differentiation, marking and feedback. Teachers and school leaders have real-time access to actionable learning insights for every student.
EP’s mission to humanise technology for lifelong learners and believe our technology can significantly enhance the relationship between a teacher and student, resulting in significantly improved learning outcomes.

We focus heavily on user experience which has forged a large community of EP evangelists who continue to take EP into new schools every year through word of mouth. We have received more than 6,500 testimonials from teachers on the impact EP has had in their lives and on their students. This continues to be the most powerful catalyst in our growth. We also partner with teaching associations and organisations where there is clear alignment on our mission and focus - to bring the power of EP to K-12 schools across the globe.

Our main achievements over the last 1-2 years have been scaling our user base globally and hiring a team of top-calibre teachers across various countries. As an organisation, we have also recently been awarded a B-Corp Certification.
