Solution oriented cabinet

As long as we want, every problem has a solution.

My work emerged after the very painful natural disaster my country experienced, the earthquake. We turned a cabinet in my classroom into a solution-oriented cabinet. He was filled with thinking about what people would need. We forwarded it to those in need. We also met the needs of our classroom and were able to do STEM activities.

To raise students who have gained problem-solving skills and can perceive the problems around them, and approach them critically and solution-oriented. I want to raise students who not only solve problems, but also find problems.

About the innovation

Why did you create this innovation?

I wanted to make our classroom a STEM classroom and we were getting support from my students and our environment for this. However, when there was an earthquake in our country, we first met the needs of the people in our school and around us with the aid we collected. Then we continued to buy materials for our class and did projects.

What does your innovation look like in practice?

We met the needs of both earthquake victims and our class.

How has it been spreading?

Other classes in our school also used this application and we acted together.

If I want to try it, what should I do?

First of all, they should share the situation with the students and their parents. Because students find the problem and the solution. Anyone who hears about our work can apply it in their classroom. It is a project that can inspire everyone.
