Who is Neelakshi Naolekar?

Neelakshi is a school Psychologist with 15 years of experience in the field of ECE, she holds her Graduation Degree in Child Development from SNDT Pune and Master in School Psychology from Pune University. Professional development training in MI(multiple intelligence)theory from MI Institute Singapore.

She is the Founder Director of Chetas Centre for child development, where her passion and love for children gets converted into action. She has developed various Programs and activities, keeping the child at the core- to bring about Holistic development of child using play-way approach and Multiple Intelligence theory. She has adapted the MI theory approach in the Indian context and developed programs for various age groups using low cost easily available daily uses materials and resources. Apart from her own centre, she has implemented these programs using low cost or recyclable material in various setups including village schools, Centre for Differently abled children and Centre for underprivileged children. The focus of these programs is on developing EQ(emotional quotient), MI, creativity & life-skills.
